|
In a recent publication in Phys. Rev. Letters we have presented a new algorithm for deriving kinetics information from a heterogeneous ensemble of MD trajectories, that is, different, possibly varying, temperatures and starting from different starting conformations. Three members of the protein folding laboratory, David, Alexandra and Marvin, have visited Cape Town, South Africa between Jan. 22nd and Feb 1st in order to visit collaborator Graham Jackson and his team. In an eventful week featuring mountain climbing and a visit to the Cape of Good Hope, we also got quite a bit of work done. Together with Cape Town students Andre Mabula and Shane Stone we are working on refinements of peptide structure based on NMR data collected at Stellenbosch University, SA. |
